We're building a simpler way to move luggage between hotels while you travel across Europe.

lugmove exists for a simple moment: you're standing in a beautiful European train station with three suitcases, two kids and a connection in twenty minutes — and you think, there has to be a better way.

There is. Leave your bags at your hotel, travel light, and have them delivered to your next hotel. Our goal is to make hotel-to-hotel luggage delivery a practical part of multi-city travel.

What we do

lugmove helps travelers arrange luggage delivery between hotels.

You tell us your current hotel, your next hotel, your travel dates and how many bags you have. We then:

verify that your destination hotel can receive and hold your luggage;
check available shipping options for your route and dates;
check the expected delivery timeline;
confirm the applicable packaging, weight and size requirements;
and provide you with a final quote before you pay.

You don't need to choose between complicated shipping services or figure out the logistics yourself. You give us the details of your trip, and we help arrange the shipment.

How we work with carriers

We arrange shipments through established shipping and logistics providers available for each route.

The available provider depends on the route, dates, luggage requirements and service selected.

We don't claim carrier partnerships that we don't have. When a shipment is confirmed, we'll provide the relevant shipping and tracking information available for your booking.

Our principles

Say the true thing

We use estimated delivery dates rather than promising a delivery time we cannot guarantee. We clearly explain what is confirmed and what is still being checked. No fake badges, invented reviews or borrowed logos.

Verify before we promise

A booking is confirmed only after the destination hotel, shipping option, timing and price have been checked. Until then, your request remains pending.

Keep the complexity out of your way

Shipping services, packaging requirements and business-day calculations can be complicated. Our job is to make the process easier for travelers.

lugmove is an early-stage travel logistics project focused on making hotel-to-hotel luggage delivery easier for travelers.
